I try to deliver all orders as soon as possible. Orders for in-stock bakes (like cupcakes) and no-overnight bakes (like chokladbollar) put in before 12:00 noon will be dispatched same-day. Orders after 12:00 noon may arrive same day or the day after. There is no concrete delivery window, but if you provide your phone number at checkout, I will text that number with an ETA once I am en route to your address. Deliveries can be at any time.

I will deliver the order to your address once it is ready. Upon arrival, I will text the number you provided at checkout, assuming you did that. If you don't respond, or you didn't provide a number, I will try to find a safe place to place the order near the main door of the address provided. If you need help finding it, please message me on instagram.

Shopify doesn't make this possible for us to ask at checkout, but if you have special requests for your order, please message us on Instagram and we can try to help you.

In compliance with California food handling standards, we list the 9 major allergens that our food contains.

Please message us on Instagram if you have a less common allergy or want to double-check if a specific item is suitable for certain allergies.

When you place an order, we only put an authorization on your card—not a withdrawal. We don't actually take the money out of your account until after you receive your items. This reduces the need for refunds, because the money is only drawn when the order is complete.

Our focus is on vegan bakes. Our chokladbollar are gluten free because they follow the traditional Swedish recipe which does not include gluten, but other items will almost always contain gluten. If you'd like to request a gluten-free version of one of our items for a special order, please message us on Instagram!

Items which we won't be able to fulfill same-day are listed as sold out. If you want to buy one of these items, you can message us on Instagram and we will prepare more or can arrange a special delivery.

We are a Palo Alto business. We will occasionally show up as a pop-up around Palo Alto catering at events, concerts, and festivals. We delivery all over the SF Bay Area, but since we delivery from Palo Alto, our deliveries further afield are most expensive, while we can offer free delivery to Palo Alto, EPA, Stanford, Menlo Park addresses. Our goods are made in a home kitchen on Channing Avenue in Palo Alto.

As needed, we set up a pop-up stand in Palo Alto to purge inventory of unsold bakes before they go bad. If you want to try some things for free, follow us on Instagram. When we give away inventory, we post stories about it.
